  2.3 Verb infinitive and root   

The infinitive form of every Urdu verb ends with the suffix نا . To obtain the verb root, simply remove the نا ending. The verb root is important because it is used to form the conjugation of the verb in various tenses.

Here are some of the verbs you know, in their infinitive forms, and with their roots.
